Amaro Ciociaro Liqueur 750mL

Extremely pungent and complex on the nose. The first aroma to leap out is citrus zest (lemons and oranges) which give way to more floral notes, jasmine and lavender, and finally rhubarb and gentian. On the palate, the initial flavours are sweet, burnt sugar, honey and caramel, but these quickly develop into more bitter notes as the burnt orange peel and gentian prevail. Very pleasant on the finish as the bitter and sweet flavours interact.
